Christian Arroyo leaves Sunday's game with shin bone bruise

Christian Arroyo was removed from Sunday's game against the Royals with a shin bone bruise (Pete Abraham on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Arroyo sustained the injury after chasing a popup and falling over Enrique Hernandez. He was able to put weight on his leg but he walked gingerly off the field. The Red Sox should provide more information on Arroyo's outlook after the game.
