Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports Red Sox catcher Kevin Plawecki (hamstring) will be placed on the injured list prior to Tuesday's game against the Rays. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Plawecki suffered the injury during Sunday's game. Connor Wong, who was one of the prospects Boston received in the Mookie Betts trade, is an option to replace him on the big league roster.
