Aaron Civale to land on 10-day IL due to finger injury

Fantasy Impact:
Civale left Monday's start with the issue. Manager Terry Francona says the right-hander will meet with a hand specialist on Wednesday morning, but the club is expecting him to miss some time. Fantasy managers are encouraged to stash Civale in an IL slot if at all possible.
