Daulton Varsho goes hitless with a walk and a stolen base

by Jon Mathisen | Blue Jays Correspondent | Wed, Jun 23rd 2:02am EDT

Catcher Daulton Varsho went 0-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base as the D-Backs were shut down by the Brewers 5-0 on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

The D-Backs only mustered two hits as they were shut out by Freddy Peralta and the Brewers bullpen on Tuesday. Varsho, who was making his second start behind the plate since getting recalled back on June 20 was able to reach base with a walk and steal his first base of the season. The intriguing prospect has just a .420 OPS over 46 at-bats this season but maybe he'll be more successful during his second stint with the big league club.
