Indians RHP Aaron Civale has been diagnosed with a sprained middle finger and is expected to miss 4-5 weeks. (Mandy Bell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
He won't throw for the next week or two. Civale, MLB's current wins leader, exited Monday's start with the injury. He's expected to return around late-July or early-August. Fantasy managers are encouraged to stash him in an IL slot for now.
