LHP Caleb Smith took the loss on Wednesday when he allowed one run on four hits with four walks and six strikeouts in the Diamondbacks' 3-2 loss to the Brewers.
Fantasy Impact:
Smith did a good job holding down the Milwaukee offense on Wednesday. The only run he allowed came via a Brandon Woodruff single of all things. He did have issues with his control, walking four batters (one intentional) but he limited the Brewers to just four hits. He's issued four walks in back-to-back starts but has done a fine job limiting the run damage in both outings. He'll carry a 3.03 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and 67:30 K/BB ratio into his next start against the Cardinals on the road.
