Tyler O'Neill had a strange day at the plate on Thursday night, going 0-for-1 but drawing two walks, getting hit by a pitch, scoring a run, and driving in a run in a loss to the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
O'Neill accounted for both Cardinals runs on Thursday, scoring after drawing a walk in the second inning and then driving in a run by getting hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the eighth inning. After a scorching hot start to the season, O'Neill has fallen into a slump over the past 10 days, hitting just 4-for-25 (.160) in his past nine games. He also has not homered since June 9th.
