Michael Kopech (hamstring) shows progress during simulated game

Chicago White Sox manager Tony La Russa said he saw "excellent progress" from Michael Kopech during his sim game on Friday. (Vinnie Duber on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
The plan is for Kopech to throw another one Monday. The White Sox will then determine from these sim games whether he needs a rehab assignment at Charlotte or not. Kopech was placed on the injured list back on May 31.
