AJ Hinch said Spencer Turnbull (forearm) has begun throwing in Lakeland and is expected to throw off a mound for the first time mid- to late-week.
...Alex Lange (shoulder) is in Toledo. He's going to throw a bullpen, then a live BP and then start his rehab assignment there.
