Walker Buehler dominates San Francisco on Tuesday
by Jon Mathisen | Dodgers Correspondent | Wed, Jun 30th 2:11am EDT
RHP Walker Buehler picked up his eighth win of the season on Tuesday when he allowed one unearned run on three hits with a walk and seven strikeouts over 6 2/3 innings in the Dodgers' 3-1 win over the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Buehler was locked in as per usual on Tuesday night. He only allowed five baserunners, one of which was Wilmer Flores, who reached on an error and came around to score off of a Steven Duggar double in the top of the seventh inning. The 26-year-old punched out seven en route to his ninth straight quality start. He now owns a 2.35 ERA, .090 WHIP, and 101 strikeouts over 103 1/3 innings (16 starts). He's got a favorable matchup in his next start when he gets the Marlins on the road.
