Angels' SP Griffin Canning (5-4) gave up six earned runs on six hits and two walks over 2.2 innings pitched in Friday's game against the Orioles.

Friday's outing was the fourth time this season that Canning has been unable to reach the third inning, this time surrendering six earned runs in 2.2 innings. Canning now owns an unimpressive 5.60 ERA and a 1.48 WHIP, making him relatively irrelevant for fantasy purposes. Canning will look to improve on the mound when the Halos face off against the Red Sox next week.
