Framber Valdez allows 10 hits in shaky outing

Astros starter Framber Valdez allowed six runs (five earned) on 10 hits over five innings of work against the Athletics on Tuesday. He also walked two batters while striking out six. Miraculously, Valdez was not hit with the loss. Instead, he landed the no-decision as Houston ultimately defeated Oakland by a score of 9-6.
Fantasy Impact:
Valdez is 5-1 with a 2.86 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, and .230 OBA through eight starts this season. He's walked 16 batters while striking out 47. The southpaw has now allowed 16 runs over his last five starts.
