Rockies second baseman Chris Owings went 0-for-3 with three strikeouts against the Padres on Friday. He also walked, scored, and stranded four runners on base. Colorado ultimately lost to San Diego by a score of 4-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Owings has posted a .258/.378/.548 slash line with three RBI, six walks, and 12 strikeouts over the course of 17 games (31 at-bats) this year. However, he has gone 0-for-16 with 10 strikeouts since returning from the IL on June 23rd.
