“He’s still trying to get through the pain,” Bell said. “I have a feeling once that happens, it’s going to go real quick, but it’s not quite there yet. No sort of a timetable, really. It’s really tough to predict, this injury.” The infielder is still wearing a protective boot but has resumed throwing. He was shut down from a rehab assignment on June 15th and doesn't appear close to returning.
