The White Sox recalled RHP Reynaldo Lopez from Triple-A Charlotte. (James Fegan on Twitter)

Source confirms what @JamesFox917 initially reported. White Sox are calling up Reynaldo López, in what will likely be a relief role. Team transactions page already states Aaron Bummer will be activated from IL, while Jace Fry and Matt Foster are optioned.
