Stephen Strasburg suffers setback following sim game

Nationals starter Stephen Strasburg has suffered a setback after throwing a sim game recently. He felt some discomfort in his neck shortly after the outing. (Jesse Dougherty on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Strasburg has taken a step back in his rehab progress and will now revert to throwing on flat ground. The 33-year-old has not pitched since June 2nd. He's 1-2 with a 4.57 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and .200 OBA through five starts this season.
