Zac Gallen takes a no-decision on Saturday

RHP Zac Gallen took a no-decision on Saturday when he allowed one run on three hits with two walks and seven strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings in the D-Backs' 4-2 loss to the Cubs.

Fantasy Impact:

Gallen was making his first start since early July as he missed some time with a hamstring strain. He looked great in his return to action, holding down the Cubs over five-plus innings. He didn't allow a run until the top of the sixth inning, which came via a Javy Baez RBI double. He was in line for the win until Joakim Soria melted down in the ninth inning and blew the lead. Gallen now has a 3.86 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and 56:23 K/BB ratio over 46 2/3 innings this season. This was one of his best starts of the year and he'll look to carry it over into his next start against these same Cubs.
