Jon Lester threw seven scoreless innings with six hits, zero walks, and seven strikeouts. Lester also hit a two-run home run to extend their 12-0 lead.
Fantasy Impact:
This start came after Lester allowed 13 earned runs (15 total) in six innings of work in two previous starts. The Marlins were without Jazz Chisholm, Garrett Cooper, and Starling Marte, so take that into consideration. Lester's 18 called strikes boosted his 35% CSW% overall on Monday. Don't chase this start for Lester, but the full season line is more indicative of his future production.
