Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner exited Tuesday's win over the Giants early with a left knee contusion after being hit by a pitch. (Los Angeles Dodgers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Turner was hit in the knee with a pitch in the third inning but remained in the game until the sixth. Zach McKinstry switched to third base and Matt Beaty entered the game to take his place in right field. Turner was likely just removed as a precaution and shouldn't miss more than a game or two if he misses any time at all.
