Daniel Bard strikes out one in save

Rockies closer Daniel Bard lasted one inning against the Mariners on Wednesday. He retired all three batters he faced, including one on a strikeout. Colorado ultimately defeated Seattle by a score of 6-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Bard earned the save and is now 4-5 with a 3.86 ERA, 1.49 WHIP, and .261 OBA this year. He has also walked 18 batters while striking out 50. The veteran reliever has now allowed just one run over 6.1 innings of work in the month of July.
