Fantasy Impact:
Civale sustained a sprained middle in late June and is expected to be sidelined 4-to-5 weeks. This is a procedural move and clears a roster spot for Cleveland to add Alex Young. Civale won’t be eligible to return until the end of August. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Civale after posting a 3.32 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and a 76:23 K: BB across 97 2/3 innings in 2021.
