Nestor Cortes didn't factor into the decision in Wednesday's 3-1 extra-inning win over the Rays, allowing one run on three hits over five innings. He struck out five without walking a batter.
Fantasy Impact:
Cortes was making his first start and second appearance since coming off the injured list on July 23. The 26-year-old lefty has a 1.93 ERA and 39:10 K:BB through 32 2/3 innings on the season.
