Zac Gallen strikes out eight on Friday

RHP Zac Gallen took a no-decision on Friday when he allowed two runs on five hits with one walk and eight strikeouts over six innings in the D-Backs' 6-5 extra-innings win over the Dodgers.
Fantasy Impact:
This was quite the bounce-back performance from Gallen, who surrendered a season-worst seven earned runs in his previous start. He didn't allow a run until the sixth inning when Chris Taylor cracked a solo home run and AJ Pollock drove in a run with a sacrifice fly. Gallen also matched a season-high with eight strikeouts. He now owns a 4.61 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, and 69:27 K/BB ratio over 56 2/3 innings (12 starts). He'll get the Giants at home in his next start.
