Tyler Glasnow expected to undergo Tommy John surgery next week

Tampa Bay Rays right-hander Tyler Glasnow is expected to undergo Tommy John surgery next week, according to ESPN MLB insider Jeff Passan. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Passan adds "there remains a small chance doctors will see a path toward him rehabbing his partially torn UCL, the expectation is that Glasnow needs an elbow procedure." This is the worst case scenario for fantasy managers in redraft and dynasty leagues as Glasnow will now miss the rest of the 2021 season and likely all or most of the 2022 season.
