First baseman LaMonte Wade Jr. went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer as the Giants took down the Astros 8-6 on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Wade Jr. took Houston starter Zack Greinke deep in the fourth inning for his 13th homer of the year, a two-run shot. It was one of four homers that Greinke gave up on the afternoon and one of five that the Giants hit overall. The 27-year-old has been a solid contributor since filling in for the injured Brandon Belt at first base. He owns a .258/.343/.579 batting line to go along with 13 home runs, 30 RBI, and three stolen bases over 159 at-bats.
