Detroit Tigers right-hander Matt Manning allowed five runs (two earned) over 5 2/3 innings of work in a 5-2 loss to the Orioles on Saturday. Manning struck out three and walked two.
Fantasy Impact:
Manning has posted a 2-4 record, 5.59 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, and 20 strikeouts over 38 2/3 innings of work. While the results haven't been all that impressive, Manning is one of the top-pitching prospects in the game. It may be worth trying to buy low on the hurler in dynasty leagues.
