Speaking to reporters for the first time since being shut down last week, Mets RHP Jacob deGrom (elbow) said that he's confident he'll pitch again this season. (Mike Puma on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It sounds as if deGrom and the Mets are waiting for inflammation to subside, at which point he'll likely start throwing again. Still, he'll need to build his pitch count back up before returning to the team's rotation.
