Taijuan Walker allowed four runs on eight hits, two walks, and four strikeouts in five and two-thirds innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Walker has been terrible in the second half; he's got a 12.00 ERA in four starts compared to 2.50 in the first half of the season. Unfortunately, his underlying numbers signal more pain ahead for fantasy owners - his ERA is 3.86, but his xFIP is 4.32, his SIERRA is 4.40, and his K/BB is 2.53. As a result, fantasy managers will want to bench or drop Walker until he turns it around.
