Kyle Muller pitched 4 2/3 innings against the Nationals Friday, allowing two hits, three runs (all earned), and two walks while striking out three batters. He did not factor into the decision. He threw 80 pitches, 51 for strikes. He carries a 2.88 ERA.
Fantasy Impact:
Muller is obviously not fully developed as an MLB starting pitcher yet, but he will get there, and his future looks good. To rely on him in fantasy right now is a bit of a stretch, you can probably find a better pitcher that has the ability to go deeper into games, thus having opportunities for wins and quality starts, on waivers but Muller does show promise.
