Alan Trejo strikes out twice in loss

Rockies second baseman Alan Trejo went 0-for-4 against the Padres on Wednesday afternoon. He struck out twice and also stranded a pair of runners on base. Colorado ultimately defeated San Diego by a score of 7-5.
Fantasy Impact:
Trejo was called up to the majors on August 17, nearly 10 months after he was optioned to Triple-A. While in Albuquerque, the 25-year-old posted a .292/.336/.579 slash line over the course of 55 games. He's hitting .222 with three walks and 14 homers over 27 contests at the MLB level this year.
