Cardinals outfielder Lars Nootbaar went 1-for-3 with a solo home run off of Brandon Woodruff in a win over the Brewers on Thursday night.

Filling in for the injured Dylan Carlson, the 23-year-old Nootbaar is hitting just .229 on the season but has shown some pop with three homers and an .801 OPS in limited playing time for the Cardinals.
