Triston McKenzie lands on IL with shoulder fatigue

Fantasy Impact:
Brutal. McKenzie has been on a tear as of late, and looked poised to help fantasy managers claim a championship this season. The youngster had registered a 1.93 ERA with a 28:2 K:BB over his past four starts. It's unclear how long he'll be sidelined for.
