Phillies starter Zack Wheeler allowed seven runs (five earned) on 10 hits and no walks while striking out 10 over eight innings in Wednesday's loss to the Tampa Bay Rays. The loss drops him to 10-9 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Wheeler has been struggling at a time when the Phillies and fantasy managers need him the most. He has now allowed 15 earned runs over this last three starts, all losses. He is currently scheduled to face the Nationals on the road in his next start.
