Vladimir Gutierrez (9-5) was saddled with the loss Saturday against the Marlins, allowing five runs on seven hits and no walks in three innings while striking out two.

Gutierrez was completely sunken by a five-run first inning He's actually been pretty solid lately, so it's surprising to see him struggle against a weak Marlins team. Overall, he has a 4.03 ERA and 1.32 WHIP across 96 innings this season with 75 strikeouts.
