Fantasy Impact:
Bellinger has now sat out the last several games against a lefty, so it should come as no surprise that he's sitting tonight when the Dodgers face off against Drew Smyly. However, what is somewhat of a surprise is that the Dodgers have essentially relegated Bellinger to a platoon role for the remainder of 2021. As such, fantasy managers should be prepared to find another player in place of Bellinger when the Dodgers face off against a lefty going forward.
