Max Muncy hits 30th home run

by Jon Mathisen | Dodgers Correspondent | Thu, Sep 2nd 1:28am EDT

First baseman Max Muncy went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a strikeout as the Dodgers came from behind to beat the Braves 4-3 on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Muncy opened up the scoring on Wednesday when he took Max Fried deep for his 30th home run of the season in the bottom of the first. He would pick up a single later in the contest as well. The 31-year-old slugger has been slumping a bit at the plate lately but he does have five home runs over his last 15 games. He's slashing .261/.388/.549 with 30 home runs, 78 RBI, and two stolen bases over 399 at-bats.
