Lucas Giolito was placed on the 10-day IL due to a left hamstring strain. He had left his start on Tuesday early against the Orioles. (Chicago White Sox on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It is unclear how long Giolito will be out of Chicago's rotation. We can expect the White Sox to play it very safe as they have a 9.5 game lead in their division. He carries a 3.69 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, and 180 strikeouts this season. Hopefully he is back soon.
