Tylor Megill gets his fourth loss

by Lucas Babits-Feinerman | Mets Correspondent | Tue, Sep 7th 3:04am EDT

Tylor Megill allowed four runs on seven hits, one walk, and eight strikeouts in six innings. The Mets lost game two of the doubleheader Saturday 4-3 and are 68-68 this season.

Fantasy Impact:

Megill was done-in by the long ball, allowing two, two-run home runs to Lane Thomas and Alcides Escobar. He got 14 whiffs, allowed eight hard-hit balls, and topped out at 96.8 MPH. He's got a 4.20 ERA, 3.98 xFIP, and 4.11 K/BB ratio in 14 starts this season. Unfortunately, his next start is against the Yankees, so he's not a recommended streamer if you want to protect your ERA.
