Carlos Ruiz goes 1-for-3 in win over Mets

Carlos Ruiz was back in the lineup on Friday after a day off on Wednesday. He came through at the plate, going 1-for-3 with a run scored in the Phillies 3-1 win over the New York Mets. Ruiz is now batting .236 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruiz has just one extra-base hit and has just three RBI. He's walked nine times and has a decent .321 on-base percentage. While not an upper-echelon fantasy catcher, owners should keep him on the roster as a solid second catcher and spot starter.
