Rays RHP Matt Wisler (finger) has been reinstated from the injured list. (Rays Communications)
Fantasy Impact:
Wisler has been out since mid August due to inflammation in his finger. He'll be a valuable piece out of the bullpen for Tampa Bay down the stretch.
