Tony Gonsolin pitches three innings in return to action

by Jon Mathisen | Dodgers Correspondent | Thu, Sep 9th 7:04pm EDT

RHP Tony Gonsolin took a no-decision on Thursday when he surrendered one run on three hits with two walks and three strikeouts over three innings as the Dodgers lost to the Cardinals 2-1.

Fantasy Impact:

Gonsolin was making his first start in over a month after being sidelined with shoulder inflammation. He only threw three innings as it'll take some time for him to get stretched out following his injury. He only allowed one run over his three innings and struck out three. He'll carry a 2-1 record, 2.79 ERA, 1.47 WHIP, and 45:28 K/BB ratio over 38 2/3 innings into his next turn.
