Rangers rookie pitcher Glenn Otto allowed eight runs over 3.1 innings of work against the Athletics on Friday evening. His final line included eight hits, one walk, five strikeouts, and the loss. Interestingly, he did not yield a homer in the effort. Texas ultimately fell to Oakland by a score of 10-5.
