Kevin Gausman allowed three runs on eight hits and no walks while striking out nine across six innings during Saturday's 15-4 win over the Cubs.

Gausman (14-5) was in command all game, throwing a strike on 75% of his pitches and getting ahead of 17 of the 25 batters he faced Saturday. The 30-year-old has posted a 2.65 ERA in 2021, which currently ranks fifth in the MLB. Gausman is lined up to face San Diego at home in next week's start.
