Adam Wainwright was at it again on Monday, pitching six shutout innings against the Mets - allowing just four hits and three walks while striking out four and improving to 16-7 on the season with a 7-0 victory.

The 40-year-old wonder trails only Julio Urias (17) - who is 15 years younger - for the most wins in all of baseball. It's been a storybook season for the right-hander who has registered an unbelievable 2.88 ERA and 1.03 WHIP through 190 1/3 innings. Simply amazing. He'll get the Padres at home this weekend.
