Astros outfielder Jake Meyers went 1-for-4 with a double against the Rangers on Thursday. He also struck out once and swiped a bag in the effort. Houston ultimately defeated Texas by a score of 12-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Meyers has had a strong rookie campaign, slashing .284/.336/.486 with five homers, 23 RBI, seven walks, and 41 strikeouts this season. However, he has struggled as of late, hitting 3-for-18 with four walks and 10 strikeouts over his last seven games.
