Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Luis Severino was in "an upbeat mood" and "excited" about how he felt this morning after throwing a sim game on Friday. (Erik Boland on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
This is a positive sign for Severino as he continues to work his way back from Tommy John surgery. It is possible he can make an impact for the Yankees later this month, though that is not a guarantee.
