Fantasy Impact:
There were rumblings that Baz could debut this weekend, but it was later reported that he was scratched from Thursday's Triple-A start due to back spasms. However, he's apparently healthy enough to debut against Toronto this week. The matchup isn't a strong one, of course, which limits his fantasy appeal. Still, this is an exciting development for dynasty league managers. Baz was part of the package the Rays received in the infamous Chris Archer trade a few years ago.
