LHP Clayton Kershaw earned the win on Sunday when he allowed one run on three hits with eight strikeouts in the Dodgers' 8-5 win over the Reds.
Kershaw looked good in this one, mowing down the Reds over his five innings. The only run he allowed came via an RBI groundout in the fourth inning. He only threw 74 pitches but he's still getting stretched out after his long absence. He now owns a 3.27 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, and 140:20 K/BB ratio over 115 2/3 innings (20 starts). He'll take on the Brewers at home in his final tune-up before the playoffs.
