Luis Severino reinstated from 60-day IL

Fantasy Impact:
Severino has thrown just 12 innings in the majors since the start of 2019. He had Tommy John surgery before the 2020 campaign and suffered multiple setbacks during the road to recovery. It's unclear how the Yankees will use him down the stretch, but he'll be an upgrade to their pitching staff regardless of the role.
