Freddy Peralta strikes out nine in loss

Freddy Peralta (9-5) took the loss Monday against the Cardinals, allowing three runs on seven hits in six innings. He walked one and struck out nine.
Fantasy Impact:
This was a decent start for Peralta, who has been iffy since returning from a shoulder injury. A two-run homer in the first derailed his start from the beginning, but he settled in well after that. This season, he sports a 2.65 ERA and 0.96 WHIP in 139 innings with 190 strikeouts.
